Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we accept returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
